The venue is public property of Hyogo Prefecture.

High heels are not allowed as they will damage the grass.

Getting to ARIFUJI WEEKENDERS

The nearest station is "JR Shin-Sanda" Station. Please take the free bus from the "JR Shin-Sanda" Station.
Roads around the venue are restricted.
Parking on surrounding roads is prohibited. I'll report it to the police.
Traffic jams and congestion are expected, Please come by train.

Free for elementary school students and younger.Accompanied by a guardian.
Tickets will be exchanged for wristbands at the venue. Please be sure to bring your ticket.
Student tickets are for junior high school students and above on the day of the event. Please show your student ID when entering.If you forget your student ID, additional charges will apply.
You can re-enter with your wristband.
Pets (other than guide dogs) are not allowed. There are no refunds.

Umbrellas and Picnic sheet and Sunshades (within 160cm x 160cm / no pegs allowed) and folding chairs may be brought in.
It cannot be used in designated areas such as in front of the stage.
Please be sure to fold up the sunshade used as a leisure seat or sunshade when moving. Please note that usage may be restricted in designated areas depending on congestion etc. In that case, please follow the instructions of the staff and stop using it.
Please be sure to throw it in the trash.
We have a dedicated room for babies. Diaper changing and breastfeeding OK.

The use of tents and tarps other than sunshades (within 160cm x 160cm) is prohibited.
Driving pegs or stakes is prohibited.
The use of fire is prohibited except for smoking. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
Bringing in alcohol is prohibited. Glass bottle and can and dangerous items and items prohibited by law may not be brought into the venue.
Check your luggage at the gate. Prohibited items will be confiscated. There are no refunds.
Photography and recording of the stage is prohibited.

The event will take place rain or shine. Tickets will not be refunded even for unavoidable reasons.
Tickets will not be reissued.
There are no ticket refunds for performer cancellations or changes.
A Resale of all tickets above the list price is strictly prohibited. Tickets purchased above list price are invalid.
Wristbands that are damaged or lost will not be reissued.
If you are not wearing your wristband, you will be asked to leave the venue.
The organizer, venue, and performers are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, theft, or other troubles.
Videos and photos of the venue, including the audience seats, will be made public.
If you do not follow good manners, do not follow the instructions of the staff, or are deemed to be a nuisance to other customers, we may refuse entry or ask you to leave.
